What is mark's return policy?
Our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee states, 'If you're not happy, we're not'. Just return the product and include your receipt along with the product to ensure a proper adjustment. It's that simple.
You should have received a Returns Form along with your order. It includes a mailing label that you can use to ship your unwanted product(s) back, as well as all of the instructions that you will need in order to receive a proper credit or replacement. To receive credit for products ordered, please follow the directions below:
- Complete the return form that was included with your order
- Return merchandise in the original container with the packing slip
- Attach the pre-addressed shipping label
Please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your monthly statement.
**Cosmetics, fragrances, and toiletries that were broken up receipt, or used and you didn't like, should be discarded and only the completed return form should be returned for credit. Please do not return used or damaged items.
